1. איזה מידע אנו אוספים
אנו אוספים מידע רק כאשר אתם בוחרים למסור אותו ביוזמתכם, בעיקר דרך טופס יצירת הקשר באתר. המידע כולל:
- שם מלא — כפי שתמסרו בטופס;
- כתובת דוא"ל — לצורך חזרה אליכם;
- תחום עניין (ישראל / ארה"ב) — לפי בחירתכם;
- תוכן ההודעה — הפרטים שתבחרו לכתוב.
בנוסף, ייתכן שייאסף מידע טכני אנונימי (כגון סוג דפדפן) על ידי שירותי תשתית סטנדרטיים, לצורך תפעול תקין של האתר.
2. למה אנו משתמשים במידע
המידע משמש אך ורק למטרות הבאות:
- יצירת קשר וחזרה אליכם בעקבות פנייתכם;
- מתן מענה, מידע או הצעה לשירות שביקשתם;
- ניהול הקשר העסקי השוטף.
איננו עושים במידע שימוש למטרות שיווק המוני ללא הסכמה, ואיננו שולחים דיוור בלתי רצוי.
3. עיבוד הפנייה ושירותי צד שלישי
טופס יצירת הקשר באתר מופעל באמצעות שירות חיצוני (Formspree), המעביר את תוכן הפנייה לתיבת הדוא"ל שלנו. השירות מעבד את הנתונים לצורך העברת ההודעה בלבד. מומלץ לעיין במדיניות הפרטיות של השירות באתרו.
4. מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים
איננו מוכרים, משכירים או מעבירים את פרטיכם האישיים לצדדים שלישיים, למעט: (א) ספקי שירות טכניים הנדרשים לתפעול האתר (כמפורט לעיל); (ב) כאשר הדבר נדרש על פי חוק או צו שיפוטי.
5. אבטחת מידע
אנו נוקטים באמצעים סבירים לשמירה על המידע שנמסר, לרבות שימוש בחיבור מאובטח (SSL). עם זאת, אין באפשרותנו להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת מפני חדירה, ומסירת המידע נעשית על אחריות המשתמש.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal details to third parties, except: (a) technical service providers required to operate the site (as described above); (b) where required by law or judicial order.
